施扬教授，博士生导师，复旦大学分时教授和哈佛大学终生教授。施扬教授在基因表达调控和染色质修饰等生物学领域做出过大量重大发现。最重要的研究成果之一是发现了首个组蛋白赖氨酸去甲基化酶LSD1, 结束了长达40多年关于组蛋白是否可以去甲基化的争议，开启了组蛋白修饰动态调控的新领域。
